Message from Tommy O’Donnell to the Junior Club

Tommy O’Donnell caught up with his Junior Club again this week with another round up of what’s happening inside the Munster camp.

Hey Junior fans,

It was great to get the win on Friday night in Thomond Park and to have you there shouting us on – I hope everyone enjoyed the pre-match fun and games at the Fan Zone Plaza. It was officially opened on Friday night with Paulie, Felix and Bucks on hand to meet everyone. We are all massive Hermitage Greens fans also so I know the lads were glad to see them play before the game.

This week we are hitting the road for Sale Sharks so we are back in the gym this morning with review sessions this afternoon and a big week ahead. Hopefully we’ll see some of you over there!

You may have heard the news already but I’m finishing up as captain, with the Junior Supporters Club membership open for renewals it’s only right that someone else gets the chance to be captain so my old pal Keith Earls will be taking over the reins next year.

I hope you all enjoy being part of the Red Army and stay involved and while I will miss writing to you guys, I know Keith will do a great job! So, if you haven't done so already, make sure to sign up again and stay up-to-date with what’s happening inside the camp.

Speaking of renewing your membership, today is the last day to enter the draw to be the match day mascot for Munster v Saracens – our first European Champions Cup game in Thomond Park on October 24th. To enter, all you have to do is click this link http://www.mrsc.ie/membership/junior.php to renew your membership for next year before 5pm and you will automatically be in the draw.

We have some exciting news for you too with the Gala Christmas Party confirmed again for this year. It will be taking place in Thomond Park on Sunday the 30th of November, if you were there last year you will know it’s always a great party with loads of fun games along with Santa and some of us players there too!! I heard it sold out really quickly last year, so you better hurry and get your ticket nice and early this time.
