I DO NOT KNOW MY PASSWORD? 

Press the link called Get Your Password in the log-in box to the top right. When you enter your Membership Number and email address (both as they exist on our system), your password will be automatically sent to you. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD TO SOMETHING THAT I WILL REMEMBER EASILY? 

If you log in and press the UPDATE MY DETAILS tab, you will be able to change your password. 

I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE DATABASE? 

Please contact the MRSC office on 0818421103 or email mrsc@munsterrugby.ie 

To allow for verification of your request, please provide as much detail as possible -membership number, address, contact telephone numbers, previous email address. 

When verified, you will be advised of your password to allow you to log on the system where you can amend your personal details yourself 

I HAVE MISLAID MY MEMBERSHIP CARD AND DO NOT KNOW MY NUMBER?

To allow for verification of your request, please provide as much detail as possible – address, contact telephone numbers, email address. 

I WAS A MEMBER IN 2024/25 BUT DID NOT RENEW IN 2025/26. CAN I RENEW USING THE MEMBERSHIP NUMBER THAT I HAD THEN? 

Yes, log in to your account and you can purchase a membership with that number. 

MY TICKET DID NOT ARRIVE IN THE POST? 

All tickets are e-tickets for season 26/27 and will be available in your MRSC account to download or print at home. Your MRSC membership card which is not a ticket will be posted out to members who renewed before the start of the season. Please note you need to have renewed/signed up before the 1st of September to receive the card. 

MY PASSWORD WILL NOT WORK FOR MY TICKET ACCOUNT? 

Your membership details on this website and your Ticket Account are two separate databases. 

The account number for both has generally been set as the same but unless you amended both passwords, the passwords will not be the same. 

To avoid possible confusion, members may wish to amend either or both passwords. 

 

TICKETS AND ACCESS 

WHY ARE PRICES INCREASING THIS SEASON? 

For the upcoming season, season membership prices (which include both your season ticket and your MRSC membership) will increase by approximately 2%, reflecting a broader adjustment to general match ticket pricing for season 26/27. Your MRSC Season Membership will ensure a 25% discount versus match-by-match pricing. 

This increase helps address significantly increasing operational costs and supports continued investment in the club, while ensuring season memberships continue to represent strong value for supporters 

DO I NEED TO RENEW STRAIGHT AWAY TO KEEP MY SEAT? 

Your seat or terrace place is reserved for you until the renewal deadline (April 28th, 4PM). After this date, unrenewed seats may be released for sale. 

ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE FOR SEASON MEMBERSHIPS? 

Yes, there are three options to pay for your season membership.  

  1. Pay in full during renewal window. 
  2. Pay in 2 instalments with a 50% instalment during the renewal window and 50% in August 2026.
  3. Staged payments over 6 months  
  1. May 15th
  2. June 15th
  3. July 15th
  4. August 14th
  5. September 15th

 

Please note, it is the responsibility of ST holders to ensure their card is always in date or has sufficient funds to ensure staged payments can be met.  

WHAT’S BEST PRACTISE FOR DOWNLOADING TICKETS? 

  • Supporters should download their tickets before they arrive at Thomond or Virgin Media Park. Read a guide on e-tickets here. 

 

 

I AM NOT RECIEVING THE RED LETTER EMAIL? 

Please email mrsc@munsterrugby.ie with your membership details and you will be added. 

HOW DO I ENTER LOTTOS FOR INTERNATIONAL OR AWAY TICKETS? 

All lottos can be entered via your MRSC account – details of when lottos are open will be emailed to each member. An explainer on how the lotto works can be found here 

I HAVE MEMBERSHIP ONLY – HOW DO I REDEEM MY FREE TERRACE TICKET? 

Contact the ticket office to specify which URC game you would like to redeem your free ticket. Reference your membership number also. Please note this is only available for North and South Terrace for any URC game bar Leinster. Ticket office phone number: 0818 421103. 

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I CANNOT ATTEND A MATCH? 

Yes, if you cannot attend a match, you can easily transfer your tickets to another person, simply log into your account, choose the tickets, press transfer and enter the email address of whomever you wish to transfer to.  

CAN I RELOCATE SEATS WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY DURING THE MOVE WINDOW? 

Yes, we will aim to facilitate all requests for seating near friends/family during the move seats window.  

WHO QUALIFIES AS A JUNIOR TICKET HOLDER? 

A junior season ticket can be held by anyone under the age of 16. An Adult season ticket is required to add a junior season ticket.  

CAN JUNIORS ATTEND MATCHES WITHOUT AN ADULT? 

No, under no circumstances can a Junior Season ticket holder attend a match without an adult.  

 

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Please email accessmunster@munsterrugby.ie with your membership details and you will receive a code. 

HOW DO I USE MY LIFESTYLE SPORTS DISCOUNT? 

MRSC members are entitled to a 10% discount on LSS product (some exclusions apply such as wearable technology) in store and online. For in-store a member must present their up to date  MRSC card and picture identification to avail of the discount. For your Lifestyle Sports online discount, all MRSC members who currently have a Lifestyle sports account should contact help@lifestylesports.com with their membership details to have their discount applied. If you do not currently have a Lifestyle Sports account, you will need to set one up and then send a photo of their membership to help@lifestyesport.com and the team will update their account. 

HOW WILL I GET MY MEMBERSHIP GIFT? 

The membership gift for season 26/27 is a €20 Life Style Ports voucher. Details on how you can use this voucher will be confirmed in due course. Please note you need to have renewed/signed up before the 1st of September to receive the gift.  

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE MRSC BAR? 

Members will need to bring their MRSC membership card and a valid match ticket for entry. If you do not have your MRSC membership card, you can show the home page of your MRSC account from your phone. 

HOW DO I REDEEM FREE JUNIOR TICKETS? 

11, 9 and 7 game members will again be able to redeem two free Junior tickets for any URC fixture apart from Leinster or knockout fixtures on a game-by-game basis. Details on how to redeem these tickets will be shared before the start of the season. If it is a seated ticket you hold, the seats immediately beside may not be available based on demand. Please note free junior tickets are subject to availability and you must submit your request 48 hours before Matchday. You must also hold a valid match ticket for the same game you wish to avail of the free Junior tickets.  

 

COMPETITIONS AND FIXTURES

I WAS A 9 GAME SEASON MEMBER LAST YEAR – DO I HAVE TO KEEP THAT PACKAGE THIS YEAR?  

No, this season, all 9 game members will have the option to deselect the proposed Champions Cup fixture at Super Valu Páirc Uí Chaoimh and revert to an 8 game Thomond Park only ticket.  

DOES MAKING THIS CHOICE AFFECT MY STANDINGS WITH MRSC LOTTERIES?  

Yes, as per the MRSC constitution, members with dual-venue tickets will take precedence over those with single venue tickets.  

WHEN WILL I CHOOSE MY PÁIRC UÍ CHAOIMH SEAT? 

An exclusive window for you to choose your Páirc Uí Chaoimh seat will be made available to you before the general sale of tickets. Details of this will be sent to you in due course.  

DO I KEEP THE SAME SEAT CATEGORY AT PÁIRC UÍ CHAOIMH AS THOMOND PARK? 

Yes, you will be assigned the same category seat and will be able to choose your own seat should you wish.  

East/West Season Ticket holders will be allocated a Category C seat at no extra cost and will be able to upgrade to a seat of their choosing or choose a terrace place if they wish.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF MUNSTER ARE IN THE EPCR CHALLENGE CUP NEXT SEASON?  

Season Membership packages and pricing are structured around participation in the Investec Champions Cup. 

Should Munster Rugby compete in the EPCR Challenge Cup, packages and pricing will be revised accordingly to reflect the change in competition. Further details will be provided if required. 

WHAT CHANGES HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED FOR SEASON 26/27 FOR THE SUPER VALU PÁIRC UÍ CHAOIMH FIXTURE  

For season 26/27 – the seating map for Super Valu Páirc Uí Chaoimh more closely resembles the seating map of Thomond Park to ensure that more of our members are sitting together.  

Members will also have an exclusive window before the general sale to choose their own seats and upgrade if they wish.  

For Terrace Season tickets – members are automatically allocated a Category C seat at no extra cost and can choose to upgrade to a seat of their choosing during the exclusive online window.  

Terrace season ticket holders can also outline other supporters they wish to sit next to in their account, and they will be allocated seats.  

WILL REFUNDS OR CREDITS BE ISSUED IF FIXTURES CHANGE OR ARE RELOCATED? 

Yes, all options including refunds and credit will be outlined to you if any games are relocated.
