Lead Purchaser

In 2010, we introduced the Lead Purchaser function whereby one member could purchase tickets and/or renew up to three other members. A lead purchaser is a member nominated by another member to purchase up to four adjacent seats in one transaction. This has proved to be very popular with members who wish to book seats together. To avoid any possible issue with a member not being able to renew if his lead purchaser has changed, we will be closing the option to nominate or change a lead purchaser at 3pm on 28th March and it will re-open after renewals in May. If you wish to nominate or change a lead purchaser, you should do so before Thursday 28th March This can be done by logging in above and clicking Update Profile tab. Further Information which may be of assistance CANCEL LEAD PURCHASER If you previously had nominated a lead purchaser and would now like to purchase/renew yourself, you need to cancel your lead purchaser arrangement. This can be done by logging in, selecting Update Profile and then setting Lead Purchaser number to 0 (zero). This will need to be done before 28th March to be applicable for renewals for the coming season NOMINATING A LEAD PURCHASER Each member may nominate a lead purchaser to purchase on their behalf. If a lead purchaser is selected or already has been nominated, only the lead purchaser may renew on behalf of the member – so please ensure that the membership number of your selected lead purchaser is correct. To nominate a lead purchaser, login to this site and update your profile with the membership number of your designated lead purchaser. You can nominate any current member as your lead purchaser provided:

ONE CREDIT CARD CHARGED This ticket system allows four renewals and associated tickets to be selected and purchased at one time and charged to one credit card. It will be up to the individual members to reimburse their lead purchaser. WANT TO PURCHASE MORE THAN FOUR TOGETHER As members will be able to select their exact seats in Thomond Park, if you wish to purchase more than four together we recommend conducting renewal selection on more than one computer at the same time.
