Tickets start from €;20 for Adults and Juniors GO FREE (full story on that here)

  • from the Munster Rugby Ticket Offices in Irish Independent Park and Thomond Park
  • on matchday at the NEW Ticket Office in the East Stand from 9am
  • on matchday at the West Stand mobile ticket until from 3.30pm

Traffic & Travel

There are still places available on the MRSC Free Bus, sponsored by Guinness, travelling from Cork to Thomond Park on Saturday. Book your place through your member account here.

Park and Ride will be in operation from the following locations:

The public bus service from Henry Street (bus no. 302) runs every 20 minutes to Thomond Park.

Parking

Q-Park (Harvey’s Quay) is Munster’s parking destination for all Munster Rugby home matches at Thomond Park for the 2016/2017 season. Members attending matches can book their parking online and get big discounts. Read more about the MRSC Q-Park discounts here.

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.

Event Information

The MRSC Bar will be open from 3pm, and will play host to the official jersey presentation for the Munster U19’s at 4pm with a special guest – come along and see the future stars of Munster Rugby and analyse the match pre and post game with other members while enjoying foods from the new menu including Prime Irish Beef Burgers and Steak Sandwiches. The MRSC Bar can be found through Door 18 on the West Stand side of the stadium.

The Munster Rugby Supporters Club will be present in the Guinness Fan Zone from 3pm – come along, meet Oscar, sign up to receive information on free membership for the Junior Club and pick up your FREE junior tickets for the game.

There will be lots more happening in the Guinness Fan Zone too; enjoy food from wide range of artisan vendors, soak up the atmosphere of the Guinness Dug Out Bar and bring the kids to meet the players in the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone from 4.30pm. Plus the kids can put their rugby skills to the test in the ‘Tackle Cage Challenge’ and much more!

Please note, ‘Tap and go’ contactless payments are now available throughout Thomond Park for amounts up to €;30.

The Munster Rugby Museum Experience is open from 3pm until before kick-off.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium with the East Stand store open from 3pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand also open from 3pm.

On the pitch, we welcome the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir who will perform before kick-off. Our half-time mini rugby display will feature Iveragh v Dungarvan and Waterford City v Kilrush.

Stadium Information

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 3:30pm, with all concourse bars and catering units open at the same time.

‘Tap and go’ contactless payments can also be used at all concourse bars and catering units.

Please note:

  • No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.
  • Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.
  • There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
