Can’t make every game? For all PRO12 games excluding Leinster, Season Ticket holders will be able to transfer the tickets for games that you are unable to attend onto the games that you will be attending….

This will allow you to bring a friend/family member at no additional cost.

For example:

You purchase a 10 match Thomond Park Season Ticket but can only attend 3 of the 6 PRO12 games (excluding Leinster). You will be able to log into your account in advance of each game and move your ticket from the game that you cannot attend, onto a game that you wish to bring a friend. (Please note you may have to select new seats to have 2 tickets together).

Left your ticket at home and going straight to the game after work?
No need to go home to collect your ticket. Simply log onto your account and reprint your ticket as a pdf – this feature is available for all games.

Can’t make the game but you want to give your ticket to a friend/family member?
You can now email your tickets to your friend/family member. No need to give them your season card and have to wait to get it back. Your friend/family member can print off the e-ticket and attend in your place.

Your phone can be your season ticket.
A new feature in account manager allows you to log in and download the barcode from your season ticket. All scanners in Thomond Park and Irish Independent Park have been upgraded to detect barcodes on your phone. Once you have your phone, you have your ticket. If you send your ticket to a friend/family member they can also download the barcode to their phone.
