@Munsterrugby What is the contract situation with Gerhard VDH at the moment? Will he be resigned? It would be a shame to see him go #StateOfPlay
Hi Mike, when Gerhard joined us, he started in November 2013 on a 2 year 8 month contract, so his current contract runs until June 2016.
Ryan Meaney – @_Meaney
@Munsterrugby What happens with all the spare gear at the end of the season? Do you sell it off to fans? #StateOfPlay
Hi Ryan. Each year the gear is ordered from our kit supplier adidas specific to the requirements of each team so in actual fact there is not that much left over. Some of what is left over is sent to our age-grade Rockwell camps with more of it given to various charities. In the past the gear has been sent to charitable organisations in Africa and Kazakhstan.
Connie O’Meara
Why is it when you buy a season ticket through one of the AIL clubs and it turns out unsuitable, it is not possible to change even when you offer to pay costs?
Hi Connie. It is possible to change. We make every effort to facilitate ticket changes, once we have availability in the sections that people would like to change to. Should we not have availability, we endeavour to find the next best section for supporters.
