MRSC Renewals – The Frequently Asked Questions

We have put together some Questions and Answers regarding membership renewals. This document will be updated with any relevant information over the coming weeks and will be available for members to view on our website throughout renewals also.

Where and How do I log in to Renew my Membership?

  1. Go to www.mrsc.ie
  2. Click on “Member Login”
  3. Login using your Membership ID Number and Password

(Please note that your password remains as it was on our old ticketing system)

I have Forgotten my Password

Your password is the same password that you have always logged in with. However, if you have forgotten your password, please click Forgotten Password and enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to you automatically.

If I wish to change all or some of my tickets when do I do this? (For example if I want to keep my PRO12 but change my European Cup season ticket)

If you wish to change all or some of your current tickets then you must log in and renew your current tickets during the first period of renewals 8th – 17th April.

You then log back in from 21st April, release the tickets you don’t wish to keep and select new tickets. Your debit/credit card will be charged/refunded accordingly.

What if I wish to change seats but want to select new seats next to a family member/friend?

After completing your renewals and purchasing your current tickets by 17th April, you must log back in from 21st April from two or more computers (depending on how many members wish to select seats together), you will be provided with a seating plan and can select seats next to each other from each of the PCs.

I want to change my season ticket from a seat to a terrace

If you wish to change your current season ticket from a seat to a terrace please email mrsc@munsterrugby.ie as this option cannot be processed online currently.

If I don’t renew my membership during the retain period what happens?

Your current tickets are released and you can select new tickets from what is available from 21st April until renewals close in May.

All existing Associate Members will be offered the choice of upgrading to Full Membership when they log in to renew.If you choose to upgrade you must;

  1. Pay the additional €;30 membership fee (during first period of renewals 8th – 17th April)
  2. Purchase a PRO12 season ticket for either venue (if you do not already have one).
  3. Purchase a European Cup Season Ticket

NOTE: Purchase of above tickets will be during the second period of renewals 21st April – 1st May – email will go to those that choose the Upgrade option before 21st April as a reminder)

I didn’t renew last year, can I now renew my old ID number?

No – if you were a full member, join now as a new associate member and it is likely that you will be offered full membership at the end of the renewal period.

I wasn’t a member of the Supporters Club before – when can I join?

New members can join the Supporters Club from Thursday 23rd April at 10am until Friday 22nd May at 4pm.

I have more than one membership, why do I need a unique email address per membership ?

In order to avoid duplicate accounts, the system requires that an email address can only be registered once on the system. Therefore, where a member has their email registered to multiple membership accounts, you must provide an unique email address for each member.


I am a lead purchaser for my friends, how do we renew this season to ensure we are seated together?

You all need to log in separately and renew your own memberships or you can log in for your friends with their log-in details.If you are currently sitting together you can renew with the same tickets/seats.

If you wish to change seats, then you will need to renew all memberships by 17th April and then log back in from the 21st April, selecting new tickets from the available tickets. It is important to co-ordinate each members own ticket selection in order to get tickets seated together.
