Stadium Information

It’s a big day in Cork, as Irish Independent Park opens its gates after a €;3.2 million redevelopment.  Check out the new stand, and the covered East Terrace, now known as the Red Shed.

On Friday, we’ll be turning the Red Shed green with Irish flags as supporters get behind the boys in green.

Drumming outfit, The Hit Machine, will be there to entertain the supporters before the game and again at half time.

At half time, we look forward to welcoming the U11’s from Sunday’s Well RFC and CBC.

There will be some great giveaways during half time, including tickets and Irish jerseys – don’t forget to buy a match programme for your chance to win!  Match programmes will be on sale inside the grounds costing €;3.

Life Style Sports will be open at the stadium, with a range of items on sale.

A new range of food will be on sale – available from the new concession units at each end of the stand – including homemade Irish beef burgers, chicken salsa and guacamole tacos and BBQ marinated pulled pork!

You can buy your copy of the Irish Independent inside the grounds on the night.

Please note:

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or any glass containers.

Do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
