Stadium Information

As you may already know, the MRSC Bar has now been extended to double the original footprint over the course of this season. The latest upgrade includes the installation of windows in the new area which provides a view of the main pitch. This connects the venue more closely with the stadium so members are now better situated to soak up the entire pre-game atmosphere. As well as this we have installed a much bigger, permanent bar which will mirror the range of products available in the main bar and will help to improve the service to members.

At this Friday’s game, you might notice some further changes including new televisions with upgrades for our younger members too including a chalkboard wall.

To celebrate all these changes and to build the atmosphere in the crucial phase of games leading to Christmas, we will be hosting a Q&A with Keith Earls and Damien Varley in the bar from 6.50pm so make sure you all come along for what is guaranteed to be an enjoyable pre game event. Members are encouraged to bring a guest to see the upgraded bar once the guest has a valid match ticket. We will also have some complimentary finger food on the night.

The MRSC Bar can be found on the first floor in the West Stand via door 18

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 5.35pm, with all bars inside the ground open at the same time.

Please note that there will be stewards at all gates checking tickets. These stewards may ask for I.D. and they have the right to refuse entry if sufficient I.D. for Junior, Student or O.A.P tickets is not provided.

The Guinness Dug Out Bar in the Fan Zone Plaza will be open once again from 5pm

There’s lots of activity for all the family – the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone will be open for our younger supporters.

Live 95Fm will be supporting the event, and there will be plenty of choice in terms of food and beverages. The new Munster Rugby Museum will also be open from 5pm.

Brian Hartnett and the Parteen National School Choir will be preforming with the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir

At half time Cork Constitution FC and St Senan’s RFC take to the field. Special guests the Munster Schools U18 team will be honoured after their recent interpro success.

Match programmes, costing €;4, will be on sale outside and inside the stadium.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium – the East Stand store open from 5pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand from 5.35pm.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
