Almost 900 lucky guests, fans and friends crammed the London Hilton Park Lane Hotel on Thursday last to celebrate the career of one of Munster and Irish rugby’s favourite son’s, Ronan O’Gara
Damien Varley opened and closed the event with special songs for the occasion before host for the night Dermot O'Leary started formal proceedings. A special Michael Flatley dance troupe and a few Q&A's were other highlights from the evening. The biggest laugh of the night came from Donnacha O'Callaghan's ROG gear bag routine. The MRSC London Branch supported the event with a number of tables and a great time was had by all. We have posted some video's from the night on Youtube HERE
Another highlight of the night was the wonderful gift bag each attendee received, and for those not lucky enough to make it, we are holding a competition to win some of the specially commissioned DVD's that were in the bag on the night.
