Limerick-man Paul returned to the analysis team at the start of the 2015/16 season making the move back from Biarritz Olympique where he held the role of Head Performance Analyst for season 2014/15.

Prior to that Paul worked as an intern in the Munster Performance Analysis area from 2012 to 2013 and left to study for his MSc in Performance Analysis at Cardiff University.
