From Cork City Adam joined Munster Rugby at the start of the 2013/14 season as an intern and this year joins the S&C department as Strength and Conditioning Coach.

A CIT and UCC graduate Adam completed his MSc in Strength and Conditioning at Edinburgh University and while there held roles with the Scottish Rugby Union youth structures and completed a season with Edinburgh Rugby and the Scotland national team that competed in the RBS 6 Nations in 2013.

Sheehan is also the current lead Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Ireland Under 18 Clubs and worked for the Ireland U19 Sevens side in the 2014 FIRA tournament in Portugal.
