What are the prices of season membership?

Are there payment options for members?

As per previous years, three different payment options will be made available to existing and new season ticket holders. Details are available here.

Will I get my season tickets sent out to me in the post?

No, we will continue to operate with e-tickets only. You will be able to access your tickets through your MRSC account online. You will be sent an MRSC membership card (which cannot be used as a ticket) for MRSC bar access.

Will there be an opportunity to move my seat or terrace place?

Yes, full members will be given a period from the 13^th of May to the 20^th of May to move their seats or terrace places.

Can I redeem additional junior tickets on a game-by-game basis?

11,9 and 7 game members can avail of two free junior tickets for any URC game bar Leinster for season 25/26. Details of how to redeem these tickets will be made available before the start of the 25/26 season.  

What is the deadline for renewing season tickets?

This window for current MRSC members to renew closes on Friday May 9^th. Any tickets that have not been renewed will be released after this time.

Can I increase the number of tickets in my account?

Yes, you can do this through your online account.

Can I reduce the number of tickets in my account?

Yes, contact the ticket office mrsc@munsterrugby.ie and your account will be updated.

Will members still be permitted to enter International and away game lotteries?

Yes, lotto’s for international fixtures along with away Champions Cup fixtures will be available as normal and will operate as per the MRSC constitution with priority given to those who have the most games on their memberships.

I’m currently an associate member – what is the best option for me to renew?

The best option for associate members to renew is to select Membership only. This entitles you to a range of benefits including being able to redeem a free URC ticket (excluding Leinster).

How do I redeem this ticket?

Details of this will be made available before the start of the 25/26 season.

I’m an associate member, can I upgrade to full season membership and buy a season ticket?

Yes, from April 24th all current associate members can upgrade to season membership and buy a season ticket from tickets that are already available.

Will there be a public sale of season tickets?

Yes, from Thursday May 22^nd there will be a public sale of MRSC season membership.

Is membership only immediately open to new members?

We are delighted to welcome new members and they can join from Thursday May 22^nd.

Where and how do I log in to renew my Membership?

1. Go to www.mrsc.ie
2. Click on “Member Login”
3. Login using your Membership ID Number/Email and Password

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Your password is the same password that you have always logged in with. However, if you have forgotten your password, please click Forgotten Password and enter the email address for the account. A temporary password will be sent to you automatically.

If I don’t renew my membership during the retain period what happens?

The renewal MRSC membership period closes on May 9th. If you do not renew your MRSC membership your current tickets are released, and you can choose membership only.

I did not renew last year; can I now renew my old ID number?

No, unfortunately the opportunity to regain your old membership number is gone. You can join as a new member following the renewal period as a new Associate Member.

What will I do if my payment doesn’t go through?

Please contact your bank to ensure your account is set up for Online purchases. Once this is determined try to make payment again. If the problem continues contact mrsc@munsterrugby.ie and we will contact, you in due course. Be assured that your tickets are reserved until we resolve this with you.

How will I receive my exclusive MRSC gift?

Details of this will be emailed to all members ahead of the new season.

How do I avail of the Lifestyle sports 10 percent discount?

MRSC members are entitled to a 10% discount on LSS product (some exclusions apply such as wearable technology) in store and online. For in-store a member must present their physical MRSC card and picture identification to avail of the discount.

For your Lifestyle Sports online discount, all MRSC members who currently have a Lifestyle sports account should contact help@lifestylesports.com with their membership details to have their discount applied. If you do not currently have a Lifestyle Sports account, you will need to set one up and then contact help@lifestylesports.com with your MRSC membership number to have the discount applied.

How do I avail of my Access Munster discount?

A discount code can be sent to any member giving them 25% off. Members can also avail of a special price of only €33 for 12 month’s subscription during the renewal period.

What is the breakdown of games for the eleven-game membership?

Seven URC fixtures at Thomond Park(including all three inter-pros).

One EPCR fixture at Thomond Park.

Two URC fixtures at Virgin Media Park.

One EPCR fixture at SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

What is the breakdown of fixtures for the nine-game membership?

Seven URC fixtures at Thomond Park (including all three inter-pros) along with one EPCR fixture.

One EPCR fixture at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

What is the breakdown of fixtures for the seven-game membership?

Two URC fixtures at Virgin Media Park.

One EPCR fixture at SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

One EPCR fixture at Thomond Park.

Three Inter-pro fixtures at Thomond Park.

What seats will I be assigned for SuperValu Pairc Ui Chaoimh?

You will be assigned the equivalent category of seats for the proposed EPCR game at Supervalu Pairc Ui Chaoimh. For example, if you hold a Category A ticket, you will be assigned a Category A seat. If you hold a terrace ticket, you will be assigned a category C seat and given the option of upgrading before the match.

I am an overseas member – what are my options?

Overseas membership will align with all other Season Memberships from 25/26 – you will be given the option to renew your membership from the 11,9 and 7 game options.
