We are looking forward to welcoming you to Thomond Park Stadium for our round 12 fixture in the United Rugby Championship. To help protect you and your fellow supporters, we ask that you comply with the following protocols in relation to COVID spectator safety while attending matches at Thomond Park Stadium.

To help protect you and your fellow supporters, we ask that you comply with the following protocols in relation to COVID spectator safety while attending matches at Thomond Park Stadium.

Tickets
Tickets are available to purchase here from €20.

Tickets will also be available from the ticket office in the Stadium on match day from 10am. Please note that payments can be made by card only.

Gates will open at 18:05 to facilitate access to the stadium.
11 and 9 game season ticket holders will have tickets for this game, log into your MRSC account to access your tickets.

Supporters are advised to download their tickets before they arrive at Thomond Park. Read a guide on e-tickets here.

MASKS
As per Government guidance, Munster Rugby recommends that all supporters attending Thomond Park Stadium should wear a mask.

It is the personal responsibility of all supporters to ensure they adhere to Government guidelines.

Please note the following:

  • Please do not attend the stadium if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any of the following symptoms:  Cough, Fever, High Temperature, Sore Throat, Breathlessness, Loss/Change of sense of smell/taste or any Flu like symptoms.
  • No one will be permitted to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink/ water containers on entering the stadium.
  • Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations
  • There will be stewards and security onsite to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

STAFF CLEARANCE AND CHECKS
To ensure the safety of everyone in the stadium, all staff working at the stadium on match day will have completed an IRFU approved education module along with a medical screening.

CLEANING AND HAND SANITISING PROTOCOLS
Additional cleaning and sanitising measures have been employed across the stadium. You will find hand sanitisers located at the entry points and throughout the stadium. Please sanitise your hands before entry and regularly while in the stadium.

HSE CONTACT TRACING APP
Munster Rugby supports the HSE COVID Tracker app and we ask that you download this app to your device and use it while attending the stadium.

BARS AND FOOD CONCESSIONS
Public bars and food & beverage outlets will be open in the concourses within the stadium. The Dugout (East) and Club House (West) bars will also be open.

MRSC Bar

Members will  need to show their 2021/22 MRSC membership card along with a valid match ticket to gain entry to the MRSC bar,  if you do not have your MRSC membership card, you can show the homepage of your MRSC account online which will show your MRSC details as seen here:

MRSC members can bring one non MRSC member with them to the bar (guest must have a valid match ticket)

Please note your MRSC card is not your match ticket, your match ticket is available to download or print in your MRSC account as per previous home games this season.

FLAGS
Munster Rugby Supporter Club members will distribute flags in advance of the game.

MATCH PROGRAMMES
A free digital match programme will be available for download for this match.

LIFESTYLE SPORTS
The Lifestyle Sports Store will be open from 17:30 this match.

ENTERTAINMENT
Derek Moloney will join us to perform Stand Up and Fight before kick-off.  At half time we will welcome the U11 teams from Old Crescent RFC and Richmond RFC for mini rugby.

Please note that there may be flashing and fast-moving lights at Thomond Park ahead of kick-off and at half-time. Please seek assistance from a steward if you feel unwell.

There will be a moment’s silence ahead of kick-of in memory of Tom Kiernan.

PLAYER MEETINGS
Although our squad love to interact with supporters, unfortunately due to COVID Guidelines, they will not be permitted to sign autographs or take selfies. We appreciate your understanding in relation to this.

TRAVEL
Buses
The 302 bus service from Henry Street runs every half hour from 15.30 and has a drop off at Thomond Park. Full bus service details see www.buseireann.ie.

STADIUM EXIT AT END OF GAME
At the end of the game, please exit the stadium via the same doorway that you used for entry. We ask that all supporters, take their time follow the directions of the stewards when departing the stadium.

BROADCASTER
This game will be broadcast live on TG4 and Premier Sport.
