A few interesting stats about the MRSC as we approach the business end of the season
With the squad resuming the season next week with the visit of Southern Kings to Irish Independent Park, here’s a snapshot of some of the work that has gone on within the MRSC this season:~
- 118 MRSC members have participated in the on-field Guard of Honour as our team took to the field this season
- MRSC volunteers have handed out over 19,000 flags at Munster Rugby games this season
- Your MRSC Committee have had 14 meetings this season with Munster Rugby on MRSC benefits and goals
- Our new and improved bar is proving to be a great success – more space for us to be all together on matchday
- 11 members of the MRSC embedded themselves in a village outside Castres for a taste of rural & gastronomical life for 2 days.
- Our Inver sponsored Junior Club delivered 4000 packs to our young supporters.
- 22 of the current Munster squad have spent time in our MRSC bar pre-match this season.
- MRSC members have participated in 11 media sessions this season promoting Munster Rugby.
- 88 MRSC members spent a fantastic evening in the company of Head Coach Johann Van Graan for an exclusive Q & A.
