Behind The Scenes

As the season progresses so does the workload attributed to maintaining a vibrant and engaged member base…. here are some of the bits you may have missed in the past 6 weeks:

• 3 competitions  – the prizes were two jerseys signed by the team and two match day tickets

• Member only Q&A in Limerick which was an insight into the minds of Jerry Flannery, Aled Walters & Rhys Marshall – for those present a night that will live in the memory due to the honesty & authenticity of the three gents

• Our member only jacket launch which resulted in 550 jackets selling in less than 2 days.  We sold out of our total number of 600 jackets.

• Free supporter buses continue to run for all homes games via Cork / Limerick

• 2  MRSC member Giant draws, with top prizes a holiday worth €;2,000 and tickets and accommodation to Ireland v Wales in the 6 Nations in the Aviva

• Quarter final ticket allocation to members & lottery by our MRSC management team in Munster Rugby

• Linked in with supporter clubs from visiting clubs pre & post games

• MRSC members travelled to the 6 Nations home game with ticket allocations from the Supporters Club

One small item please folks – most of the activates we organise for members are oversubscribed.  We often find levels of people booking such events/buses and not showing up.  May we ask please in the interest of all members if you book one of our activities and have a change of plans please email beforehand as we often have waiting lists!

In the coming weeks, we are working hard to identify other member benefit opportunities and we are now starting to focus on next season renewals and all the elements that flow with that process.
