As another season has kicked off, we wish to remind members of the various features and benefits available on your Season Ticket….

Free Junior Tickets

All Full Members can bring up to two juniors for FREE to any PRO14 home game (excl Leinster). Free tickets must be redeemed on a match by match basis, at least 48 hours prior to kick off, through your MRSC account. The free junior tickets will not be available to redeem on match day.

Please note: For members who purchased a junior season ticket, this card is your free junior ticket for entry to those games. If you wish for the junior to attend a PRO14 game not covered on the season ticket card, please redeem on-line prior to that game.

Full Members may also avail of a 10% discount on any tickets purchased through your account during the season – just enter Promo Code: MRSC when purchasing.

Transfer of Tickets to a Friend & Print at Home

Can't make the game but you want to give your ticket to a friend/family member?

You can now email your tickets to your friend/family member. No need to give them your season card and have to wait to get it back. Your friend/family member can print off the e-ticket and attend in your place.


Mobile Barcodes

Your smartphone can be your season ticket.

A new feature in your MRSC Ticket Account allows you to log in and download the barcode from your season ticket. All scanners in Thomond Park and Irish Independent Park have been upgraded to detect barcodes on your phone.

Once you have your phone, you have your ticket. If you send your ticket to a friend/family member, they can also download the barcode to their phone.

Please note if you choose the Print at Home, Transfer your Tickets or Download to your Mobile Phone your Season Ticket Card is then invalid for that particular match.


Transfer of Tickets to Another Game

You can now transfer tickets from the PRO14 games you cannot attend to the PRO14 games you can attend – excluding Leinster.

• Tickets can be moved from any PRO14 game in your pack to any other PRO14 game in your pack (excludes Leinster). You cannot move to a game not already in your season pack.
• Tickets will be moved to the same category of ticket in your pack.
• Tickets will be moved to the closest available ticket to your current seat.
• If you have already transferred your ticket to someone else, we will not be able to transfer the ticket to another game.
• This process will need to be completed 48 hours prior to the fixture.
