Munster v Cheetahs – Match Day Information

The latest ticket, travel and matchday information for Saturday evening’s Guinness PRO14 clash in Thomond Park where Munster host Cheetahs – KO 5:15 pm.

MRSC

The MRSC AGM will take place in the MRSC bar in advance of this Saturday's game. Members are requested to be in attendance at 1:30pm, the meeting will commence at 1:45pm sharp and will close at 3:30pm to facilitate the opening of the MRSC bar. In accordance with the club's Constitution, only Full Members can attend the AGM.

Match Entertainment

During Pre-Match & Half-Time we welcome our very own MRSC Choir who will perform before kick-off along with Jean Wallace. The MRSC Guard of Honour will be present to welcome the teams onto the pitch. Our half-time mini rugby display will feature Kenmare RFC V Abbeyfeale RFC and Copsewood Gaels RFC V Newport RFC.

Fan Zone

Player meet and greets will take place from 3:45pm in the brand new covered Pavillion in the Fan Zone. You can soak up the atmosphere in the Guinness Dug Out Bar and enjoy great food from a wide range of artisan vendors. There will be lots of activity in the Fan Zone including the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone which will be open for our younger supporters. Spin South West will be on location and our mascot Oscar is looking forward to meeting our younger supporters. Plus they can put their rugby skills to the test in the 'Tackle Cage Challenge', 'Tak' Reaction Board and much more! The Munster Rugby Museum Experience is open from 3:15pm, until before kick-off.

Stadium Information

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 3:45pm with all bars and food outlets inside the ground open at the same time. ‘Tap and go’ – Contactless payments are now available throughout Thomond Park for amounts up to €;30. The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium with the East Stand store open from 3:15pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand also open from 3:15pm. After the game there will be live music from "Trees Fall Down" in the Pavilion on the Fan Zone, with bars and catering facilities in the fan zone also open after the game.

Please note:

• No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.
• Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found HERE
• There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquires on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Trains

Irish Rail have services from both Dublin and Cork to Limerick on the day of the match. Full details of train times and fares available at www.irishrail.ie

Buses

Bus Eireann will run services to Limerick on the day of the match. Full details of times and fares are available at www.buseireann.ie

Dublin Coach will provide a return bus service to Limerick from Dublin and Ennis, Killarney and Tralee. Fares vary between €;5 and €;10 one way with 2 kids u-12 traveling free with every paying adult. It is advised that all passengers book online to guarantee their seat for time of travel www.dublincoach.ie

CityLink will provide a return bus service to Limerick from Cork and Galway. Fares for a return journey start at €;13.30 and can be booked online at www.citylink.ie

Park and Ride

Park and Ride will be in operation from the following locations:

The public bus service (Bus Eireann) from Henry Street (bus no. 302) runs every 20 minutes to Thomond Park.

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.
