The Annual General Meeting of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club will take place on Saturday, September 9th in the MRSC Bar, Thomond Park Stadium.
The Annual General Meeting of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club will take place on Saturday, September 9th in the MRSC Bar, Thomond Park Stadium.
Members previously requested that the AGM would be held on a match day. We are delighted that we can facilitate your request this year. The AGM will take place ahead of Munster's clash with the South African Cheetahs. Members are requested to be present at 1:30pm. The meeting will commence at 1:45pm sharp and will close at 3:30pm (this is to facilitate the opening of the bar to all members ahead of the game.)
Nominations for the position of Hon. Secretary and committee members of the club and motions for the consideration are now closed. No motions for consideration have been received. As the number of nominations are equal to the number of places on committee there is no requirement for election.

- Ratification of Hon.Secretary
- Management and Committee reports.
- Open discussion.
Please note as per the Constitution of the club, Full Members only may attend the AGM.
