New Season Ticket Features

With members beginning to collect and receive their membership packs in the post this week we are delighted to announce a number of exciting updates to your season ticket which we hope you will enjoy.

With members beginning to collect and receive their membership packs in the post this week we are delighted to announce a number of exciting updates to your season ticket which we hope you will enjoy.

Transfer of Tickets to a Friend & Print at Home

Can’t make the game but you want to give your ticket to a friend/family member?
You can now email your tickets to your friend/family member. No need to give them your season card and have to wait to get it back. Your friend/family member can print off the e-ticket and attend in your place.

Mobile Barcodes

Your smartphone can be your season ticket.

A new feature in your MRSC Ticket Account allows you to log in and download the barcode from your season ticket. All scanners in Thomond Park and Irish Independent Park have been upgraded to detect barcodes on your phone.
Once you have your phone, you have your ticket. If you send your ticket to a friend/family member, they can also download the barcode to their phone.

Transfer of Tickets to Another Game

You can now transfer tickets from the PRO12 games you cannot attend to the PRO12 games you can attend – excluding Leinster.

  • Tickets can be moved from any PRO12 game in your pack to any other PRO12 game in your pack (excludes Leinster). You cannot move to a game not already in your season pack.
  • Tickets will be moved to the same category of ticket in your pack.
  • Tickets will be moved to the closest available ticket to your current seat.
  • If you have already transferred your ticket to someone else, we will not be able to transfer the ticket to another game.
  • This process will need to be completed 48 hours prior to the fixture.

Your name & account number
The game that you cannot attend and the game that you would like to transfer your ticket to.
