Reminder: MRSC AGM 2016

Reminder that the Annual General Meeting of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club will be held on Wednesday, August 10th at 7.45pm in the Charleville Park Hotel, Co.Cork and all motions for consideration must be submitted by this Friday.

Under the constitution of the club, attendance at the Munster Rugby Supporters Club AGM is open to Full Members only.

Nominations for the position of Club Secretary and for the club's Committee members and motions for consideration are to be submitted by Friday, July 15th at midnight.

Nominations must contain the person's MRSC membership number and the names and membership numbers of proposer and seconder.

Please note that the nominee, proposer and seconder must be present at the AGM.

Please submit nominations and motions for consideration to supportersclub@munsterrugby.ie.

Should you not wish to join the MRSC Committee but are interested in helping out by volunteering at some of the events or games then please send your name, membership number and contact details tociaralyons@munsterrugby.ie.
