Moving Seats
If you wish to move your seats or view the seats available to move to, you can do so by clicking on the Buy Ticket/Membership event in Account Manager. This will be available from Monday 4th of April when renewals open. The best available tickets will be available for you to view. Should you choose a new seat, your existing seat will be released back automatically. You must move all of your tickets to the new location, the option to move for PRO12 and not European Cup is (or vice versa) is no longer available.

Upgrading to Full Membership
If you are an Associate member (AM) and wish to upgrade to Full Membership (FM) with season tickets please follow these steps:
Log into your existing Membership Account
Click on Buy Tickets/Membership (Do not click on your renewal invoice)
Choose between Thomond SEATED or Thomond Terrace* (see note below)
Choose your Section to see availability
Choose your season ticket match pack option
* This is your European Cup seat/terrace. If you are purchasing a TP season ticket this is also your seat/terrace. If you are purchasing IIP season ticket you will be in the West Stand or East Terrace based on your European Cup selection (Seated/Terrace).
