Munster take on Stade Francais in the return match on Saturday 16th January in Round 5 of the Champions Cup in Thomond Park, KO 1pm.

Event Information

Sinead O’Brien, Limerick returns to perform Stand Up and Fight pre-match, along with the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir. The U11's of Carrick On Suir and Newport take centre stage at half time as they take part in the half time mini rugby exhibition game. The Hit Machine drummers will also perform before the game.

Stadium Information

The MRSC bar will open at 11am and breakfast baps will be available to purchase (Grilled Limerick Bacon & Artisan Sausage, Floury Bap with Ballymaloe Relish – €;6.00)

The Guinness Dug Out Bar in the Fanzone Plaza will be open from 10.30am.

There will be lots of activity in the fanzone including Lorcan Murray on the decks and the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone open for our younger supporters. Live 95Fm will be supporting the event, and there will be plenty of choice in terms of food and beverages all available from 11am. Our mascot Oscar is looking forward to meeting everyone and our younger supporters can put their rugby skills to the test in the 'Tackle Cage Challenge', 'Tak' Reaction Board and much more!

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 11am, with all bars and food outlets inside the ground open at the same time.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium – the East Stand store open from 10:30am, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand from 11am.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.
There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
