Munster are back in action on Saturday with the visit of neighbours Connacht to Thomond Park in Round 8 of the Guinness PRO12. It’s a top of the table clash, with Connacht leading the way, and Munster chasing the top spot.

Thomond Park PRO12 season tickets are valid for this game.

  • Munster Rugby Ticket Offices in Thomond Park (10am-4pm) and Irish Independent Park (9am-5pm) on Thursday and Friday.
  • Ticketmaster van in Fanzone Plaza on match day from 12am
  • West Stand Ticket booth from 3.15pm on match day

Event Information
We welcome back Sinead O’Brien who will perform Stand Up and Fight pre-match, along with the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir.  At half time, we have a double header, with Oughterard playing Scariff and Shannon taking on Charleville. 

Stadium Information

The MRSC bar will open at 2.45pm.

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 3.15pm, with all bars and food outlets inside the ground open at the same time.

The Guinness Dug Out Bar in the Fanzone Plaza will be open from 2.30pm.

There will be lots of activity in the fanzone including the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone which will be open for our younger supporters.  Live 95Fm will supporting the event, and there will be plenty of choice in terms of food and beverages all available from 2.30pm.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium – the East Stand store open from 3pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand from 3.15pm.

Please note that the Munster Rugby Museum is open for this game.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.
There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Supporters can pre-book their parking online for the Q-Park at Harvey’s Quay online at www.q-park.ie
There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.
