Extended Membership Renewal Deadline

We have encountered a technical fault with our phone system for the past couple of days. To ensure that any member who may have had any difficulty in reaching us by phone has adequate time to renew their membership, we are extending the deadline to renew with some or all of member’s current tickets until tomorrow, Tuesday 21st April at 4pm.

CHANGE YOUR TICKETS WINDOW

The above extension will result in the Change Your Tickets window now opening on Thursday next 23^rd April at 10am, instead of Tuesday as previously communicated. Those changing their seats will have a preferential selection of tickets for a number of days which will not be available for new members during this time.

NEW MEMBERSHIP

New Membership will open as advertised on Thursday next 23^rd April, but at the later time of 3pm.


Full Details of All Dates Are;

Wednesday 8^th April at 10am – Tuesday 21st April at 4pm:

• Members can renew their membership with the exact same tickets as this season 2014/15.

• Members who wish to keep some but not all of their tickets from 2014/15 must also COMPLETE THEIR RENEWAL during this period (please note that this is a change to previous years, the reserve period no longer exists, however, during the next phase of renewals, members can release tickets and select new ones, accounts will be credited or debited accordingly).

Thursday 23rd April at 10am – Friday 1^st May at 4pm:

• Members who wish to change tickets can log back into their account and select new tickets. New tickets will be available from a pool of additional tickets and from tickets released by members who do not wish to keep them (please note that you will not necessarily get the best available on Thursday 23rd April, the best available tickets will be those released by others members and these could become available at any time within these dates).

The above option to change tickets is not available on-line for members wishing to change from a seat to a terrace ticket.This will be facilitated by phone.

Wednesday 8^th April at 10am – Friday 22^nd May at 4pm:

• Renewals open for all members (members wishing to renew with their same tickets must do so by Tuesday 21st April, after 21st April tickets can be chosen from what is available – all full members are still entitled to purchase a European Cup season ticket up to 21^st May).

Thursday 23^rd April at 3pm – Friday 22^nd May at 4pm:

• Open and welcoming all new members.
