Membership Renewals Will Now Commence Tomorrow Morning

Members are advised that renewals will commence tomorrow morning.

The system is still being tested – please note that we will issue an update here as to the time we are ready to go live with the reserve period.

Membership renewals will commence tomorrow morning for those members who wish to renew with the exact same tickets as they had this season, or for those who wish to reserve one type of ticket but change another.

Please note that tests are currently been run on the system so our planned opening time of 2pm today is now delayed. All tickets are reserved in members accounts so members can renew or reserve these tickets any time up to 11am next Tuesday morning. As there is no rush with renewing or reserving today and it is important that tests are completed thoroughly on the system we have decided to delay opening this renew/reserve period until tomorrow morning at approximately 10am. Please keep an eye on the website where will be advise members when we are open.

Note: Members cannot reserve an existing ticket and select a new one next Thursday 17th, members must reserve tickets that they wish to keep only – click Reserve and Complete my Renewal Later – and then log back in on Thursday 17th.
