Six Nations Trophy On Display In MRSC Bar This Saturday.

We are delighted to confirm that the Six Nations trophy will be on display in the MRSC Bar from 6.10pm to 6.40pm before our RaboDirect PRO12 games against Treviso this Saturday.

Tickets are currently on sale for Munster v Benetton Treviso, and will be on sale from the Mobile Ticket Office at Hassett’s Cross on Saturday from 9am. Thomond Park RaboDirect PRO12 season tickets are valid for this game. Please note that the North and South Terraces will remain closed and season ticket holders will be requested to relocate to the East or West Terrace.

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.

Stadium Information

As well as it’s visit to the MRSC Bar, the Six Nations trophy will also be displayed at the Dug Out Bar from 5-6pm. Hot food will be available to purchase inside the Dug Out Bar.

We welcome for the first time Limerick native Brian Hartnett to Thomond Park to perform Stand Up and Fight. At half time, we look forward to welcoming the U11’s from Abbeyfeale RFC, Estuary RFC, Richmond RFC and Shandon RFC.

There are numerous bar and catering facilities within Thomond Park, all open at 5.15pm.

Match programmes will be on sale inside and outside the stadium costing €;4. The digital version will be available to download from Friday via Newstand on apple devices.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium on Saturday – East Stand store open from 4pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand from 5.15pm.

The Museum is open on match day until 30 mins before kick-off, admission only €;3.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.
There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
