Another Fan Focus story….this story is from MRSC member, Elton Twomey. FAVOURITE MUNSTER PLAYER Peter Stringer would be without doubt my favourite Munster player, 200 plus caps for his province so far. He plays with such conviction and courage, his speed in delivery of the scrum ball, control of rucks, tenacity of his tackles on men well above his own weight and the odd tap tackle, his read of the whole game and to top it off, he is a pure gentlemen. I’ve been fortunate to meet him on a few occasions. Peter epitomises what Munster rugby is. FAVOURITE TRY I’m not being bias but my favourite try was in 2006. I think it was Ronan O’Gara said after the game that when they rehearsed it before, they called it
