20122013 Mrsc Committee Elected

The Annual General Meeting of the MRSC took place in the Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown, Co Cork on Saturday last 25th August. The following members have been elected to the MRSC committee for the 2012-13 season. Elaine Blackshields, was elected Chairperson for the coming season. Elaine has been a member of the committee for the last 6 years, running our very successful Club for our Junior Members. This year Elaine, was elected unanimously to Chairperson of the MRSC. Glenn Flanagan, was elected as Vice Chair, with Ian Buckley elected un-opposed as Hon Secretary. After a very succesful 2011/2012, Ger Harrington stepped down as Chairperson, but thankfully remains an integral part of the MRSC Committee. Aidan Hickey as PRO & John O’Dell as Treasurer complete the Officers for 2012/2013. We are delighted to welcome Darren Leydon from Rosscarberry Co. Cork and Rob Gloster Jnr from Limerick onto the committee. We feel they will be tremendous additions to the committee for this year, and into the future. The Committee would also like to take this oppunrtunity to thank Tomas Mulqueen & Darren Desmond, who have decided to step away from their duties on the committee.
