Technical Issue With Quarter Final Tickets

WE ARE CLOSING THE SALE OF THE QUARTER FINAL TICKETS FOR A BRIEF WHILE. WE EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO RE-OPEN THE SALE AT APPROXIMATELY 12 NOON. OUR I.T. PEOPLE ARE CURRENTLY CHECKING WITH OUR HOSTING WEBSITE SERVER IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH WHAT THE ISSUE IS. We apologise for any inconvenience and will update this news item as soon as the sale reopens. upate 12 noon The sale is now re-opened. The server is not dealing efficiently with the volumn of users presently and members may find the system slow. Our I.T. people are still looking at the issue. Further Update As members are aware there has been a technical issue this morning on the website during the Quarter Final Ticket sales. We tried re-opening the sale but again a technical error occured. We wish to inform members that we have now closed the sale and will NOT REOPEN UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING at 11am. Our I.T. people are currently looking into the issue. Magico are also in the process of identifying orders that have been processed and we will communicate directly by email tomorrow to all members whose orders have been completed. If you do not receive an email from mrsc@munsterrugby.ie by 4pm tomorrow (Tuesday) your order was not successful and you need to log in again on Wednesday to purchase your ticket. Please check the website for updates rather than phoning the office if possible, as we will communicate all information on the website. We apologise for this inconvenience. J Kiernan
