Heineken Cup Quarter Final Date & Ticket Update

The Heineken Cup Quarter Final between Munster and Ulster will take place in Thomond Park Stadium on Sunday 8th April at 13.45. Tickets for this game will be allocated through the Munster Rugby Clubs and the Munster Rugby Supporters Club. Following confirmation of the ticket allocation, which we were awaiting from the ticket office this week, we wish to clarify that all Full Members of the Supporters Club will be offered a ticket for the quarter final. The tournament rules state that at quarter-final stage of the competition the away club’s ticket allocation increases from 15% to 25% of the stadium capacity. The ERC are also entitled to an increased allocation for all quarter-final matches in the Heineken Cup. These allocations must include a certain percentage of Category A, Category B and Terrace tickets. Due to these factors we will not be in a position to offer Full Members the same ticket they have for the pool matches.
