New Ticketing System – Munster Rugby

Last week Munster Rugby launched a new Ticket Sales System, in conjunction with SEE threesixty. The system can be accessed through the Munster Rugby Website and provides supporters with the option to purchase match tickets, season tickets and hospitality online, and over the next few months Advertising and Community Rugby products will be added to the website. All members of the Supporters Club would have received an email from Munster Rugby with their Ticket Account and Password details. Although most tickets throughout the season will be available to purchase through your Supporters Club Account, there may be an occasion where tickets need to be purchased through your Munster Rugby Ticket Account. Therefore, we would ask members to complete the following in order to ensure that your Munster Rugby Ticket Account details are correct and up to date. – Log onto www.munsterrugby.ie – Click Ticket Office box – Click Log In tab (top right hand corner of screen) – Click My Account – various tabs will appear which will allow you to change your Personal Details and Password. Please note that if you received more than one email, one account number will relate to your supporters club account (i.e. Membership Number) and additional ones may relate to accounts that were set up if you purchased directly from Munster Rugby in the past. We cannot access your password to your ticket account due to data protection purposes. If you do not know your password, you must select the "forgotten your password" option and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a new temporary password. Filed by J.
