Renewals – Ticket Selection Screens

We have been contacted by a number of members who have had a little difficulty with the Ticket Selection screens at Step 3 of renewals. We set out hereunder some clarification to assist members. STAGE 3 – TICKET SELECTION SCREEN You will see the option for selection Thomond and Musgrave Park season ticket (and also Heineken Cup for full members) Even if you select No Magners League Ticket, you must still click the Red Box – "Proceed with Magners League selection above" to continue to the next stage . This must be completed for both Musgrave Park and Thomond Park ticket selection options. SELECTING TERRACE TICKETS When you go to the screen showing the stadium map and select your preferred terrace, you need to do two more steps before your selection is complete. You MUST tick the box of the member who wishes to select that terrace seat You MUST then select RESERVE TERRACE TICKET Your ticket will then appear as reserved on the top left of the screen and you can select PROCEED We anticipate that the above guidance will be of more benefit to members when they are at the Ticket Selection screens Filed by T 070411
