Renewals – Buying Family Packs

This season, we are delighted to be able to offer members the opportunity to purchase family season tickets – either two adult and two children OR one adult and one child. If you are considering the purchase of a family pack, we suggest that you read the information below which may be of assistance when renewing your membership. SELECTING ONE TICKET After selecting your season ticket preference (e.g. 2 + 2 family pack), you will go to a map of the ground and will be asked to select your preferred section within the ground. If you select a stand section, you will then see that section with the available tickets shown. Each available seat shown represents that seat and the adjoining three seats. You will be selecting one seat of the four seats together. You will not be selecting four separate seats. IF LEAD PURCHASER ALSO SELECTING ANOTHER SEASON TICKET TYPE You should select the button to Select Seats Individually’ It would be beneficial if you read our other news item HERE ENTRY TO LOTTERIES Members are entered into lotteries for additional tickets that may become available based upon whether they have a season ticket for both venues; for one venue only; or no season ticket. A Family season ticket is considered ONE season ticket only attached to one membership number which will then be included in the lotteries as appropriate. SHARING FAMILY PACK BETWEEN MEMBERS The Family Packs were introduced following requests from members who wanted to purchase more than the one junior ticket that had been available upto this. Members who purchased individual season tickets in previous years can continue to do so this year. The FAMILY PACK is one season ticket which may be purchased by one member. If both parents are members and wish to purchase for two children, you may wish to consider the 1 + 1 family pack or the adult-with-junior option. Filed by T 010411
