Renewals Now Open – For Members Who Wish To Retain All Or Some Of Their Existing Tickets

Membership renewals are now open for members who wish to retain some or all of their existing tickets only. We are requesting all members to PLEASE NOTE that if you have any query regarding your renewal or ticket selection to contact the office BEFORE you complete your renewal (Tel: 021-4323737). Once you have completed your renewal we cannot change or cancel selected tickets. We realise that at times the phonelines may be busy so if you cannot get through you can email ONE of the below email addresses and your query will be answered as soon as possible; mrsc@munsterrugby.ie jenniferkiernan@munsterrugby.ie Members should renew during the following relevant periods; * Wednesday 30th March at 12 noon to Wednesday 6th April at 12 noon – Existing Members wishing to renew with the exact same tickets can do so. * Wednesday 30th March at 12 noon to Wednesday 6th April at 12 noon – Existing Members wishing to keep some and change some of their existing tickets can RESERVE the tickets that they wish to keep (do not complete your renewal). * Thursday 7th April at 12 noon to Monday 11th April at 3pm – All existing members who elected to RESERVE an existing seat can renew their membership with the reserved seat and any other ticket they wish to purchase [after 3pm on Monday 11th, all tickets will no longer be reserved and members can select from what is available from 4pm] * Thursday 7th April at 12 noon to Tuesday 3rd May – Existing Members can renew and select tickets as they are available * Thursday 7th April at 4pm to 12 noon on Tuesday 3rd May – New Members can join and select tickets as they are available. Members are reminded that the constitution provides that members who do not renew their membership within the renewal period shall be deemed to have resigned their membership. There is no facility to allow for late renewals. * Any ticket account balance or refer a friend balance is available to view on your Update Profile tab – should you have any query on these please contact us.
