Update 10 May The Upgrade process closed at 4.00 p.m. today. As a result of some members not availing of the option to upgrade to Full Membership, Associate Members with numbers from 7,189 to 7,310 have now been offered the opportunity to upgrade to full membership. The closing date is Monday next 17th May We are now in the final stage of the membership renewal process. Highlighed below are details on the following: Membership Numbers Upgrade Process Non Renewal Timeframe Membership Numbers Overall adult membership numbers for 2010/11 is again over 11,300. When the Upgrade Process is completed, we will put up a news item similar to previous years which will include a selection of reference points for associate membership number relative to the list of associate members. Upgrade Process During the Renewal Process, all Associate Members from the lowest associate number of 3,220 upto 7,907 (a total of 700 members) were asked to advise if they would like to be offered Full Membership this season if it became available to them.Due to the number of full members who did not renew we have today emailed all associate members members up to 7,186, who expressed willing to upgrade, the opportunity to upgrade to full membership. This process will close early next week. Non-Renewal The Supporters Club office has been contacted by members who forgot to renew their membership.The constitution covers such situations and late renewals are not possible. These members will be deemed to have resigned when membership expires in June. Timeframe After the upgrade process next week, we will issue relevant details for printing of cards.We will endeavour to have all Membership packs issued to members during August.We will issue further updates as the printing and packing process progresses.
