There are some further News Items which may be of assistance including: MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS – QUERIES RAISED BY MEMBERS MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS – TICKET PRICES Membership Renewals – Dates TIMING OF RENEWAL Currently, we expect that all members will be able to renew during the following dates; * Thursday 1st April at 10.00 am to Tuesday 6th April at 12.00 noon – Existing Members wishing to renew with the exact same tickets can do so. * Thursday 1st April at 10.00 am to Tuesday 6th April at 12.00 noon – Existing Members wishing to keep some and change some of their existing tickets can RESERVE the tickets that they wish to keep. * Wednesday 7th April at 10.00 am to Friday 9th April at 15.00 – All existing members who elected to RESERVE an existing seat can renew with the reserved seat and any other ticket [After 15.00 on 9th, all tickets will no longer be reserved and members can select from what is available] * Wednesday 7th April at 10.00 am to Friday 30th April – Existing Members can renew and select tickets as they are available * Wednesday 7th April at 16.00 to Friday 30th April – New Members can join and select tickets as they are available; new members can nominate an existing member who recommended that they join. Such existing members will be rewarded with credit against future season ticket as per News Item. NON-RENEWAL DEEMED TO BE RESIGNATION Members are reminded that the constitution provides that members who do not renew their membership within the renewal period shall be deemed to have resigned their membership. There is no facility to allow for late renewals. RETAINING EXISTING SEAT Last season members had the opportunity to retain all or none of the tickets that they had purchased from the previous season – Heineken pool, Magners Thomond, Magners Musgrave. This renewal period members will be able to renew any of their existing seats. They could renew Thomond Magners and change Heineken/Musgrave Magners if they so wish. GIANT DRAW This season we are continuing with our Giant Draw for members of the Supporters Club, which was very successful last season. Every full and associate member will receive one entry to the draw with their membership renewal/new membership. Members may also purchase tickets for the Giant Draw through our online shop by logging in and pressing purchase items tab and also during the renewal process. Each ticket gets entry to each of the six Giant Draws Cost of tickets for the lottery is
