Call To Supporters

20th January 2010 By Munster Rugby Supporters Club

Call To Supporters

We are calling on all supporters attending the match against Northampton on Friday night to arrive early and bring their loudest voice The support at all away matches in the Heineken Cup this season has been great. The Munster supporters have been heard on television at each of the matches. The volume of support for the Perpignan match in Thomond on a Friday night was excellent and we hope that next Friday will be even louder. With the stadium having doubled in size, it has been a challenge to recreate the noise levels and visible support that existed previously but victory on Friday is so important that we are asking all supporters, as ever, to do their best to get behind the team from the start on Friday. So if possible: Bring any flags that you have at home or in the car to add colour Be in the ground as early as possible, preferably before the team take the field for their warm-up Help keep the noise levels as high as possible from the minute the team take to the pitch Lets keep the noise levels high for the duration of the match The 23 selected players will be doing their best on Friday – let us show that the remaining 26,000 in the stadium appreciate it Can we match the noise levels when O’Connell St. appeared on the screen at the Millenium? Many supporters say the noise and atmosphere as the team took to the field for the semi-final at Lansdowne Road in 2006 was special and set down a marker – can we do our bit to help recreate? Do you remember the noise during the Munster Haka? THOMOND PARK – LET US SHOW THAT IT IS OUR GROUND Spectamur Agendo Filed by T 200110
