Notice to all Full Members. Please note that the AGM 2009 commences at 7.30pm sharp on Wednesday May 27th. Venue: Charleville Park Hotel. Cork. Only Full Members are permitted to attend as per the club constitution. Please have your membership card with you as attendance must be recorded. Election of the committee for the coming season will be by secret ballott and results will be confirmed on the night. Members are asked to vote for up to 7 candidates and no more. Any more than 7 will be considered as a spoiled vote. 1 nomination has been received for the position of Honorary Secretary. All nominations were accepted up to and including April 25th 2009.
