Semi-final Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions

The Supporters Club Office are being inundated with queries regarding the purchase of tickets for the semi-final at Croke Park. We ask that you review the message below to check if it answers any query that you may have. 1.WHAT IS THE TICKETMASTER HELPLINE The number is 0818 903001 SUPPORTERS CLUB OFFICE The number is 021 4323737 2.I DID NOT RECEIVE PASSWORD FROM TICKETMASTER TO PURCHASE TICKETS Passwords have been issued automatically from Ticketmaster. If you have not received the email or if you have only received one of two (or more) attached to your email address, please contact Ticketmaster at the number above or Supporters Club office on 021 4323737. 3. I PURCHASED ONE TICKET THROUGH MY NEW TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO NOW If you have printed this off, please do not use the home printed eTicket as these will be cancelled and will not allow access on match day. A standard printed ticket will be posted to you by Ticketmaster. 4. HOW DO I ACCESS MY NEW TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT TO CHECK MY TRANSACTION You should have received a confirmation email from Ticketmaster after completing your transaction. This email has a link towards the bottom saying: Show Complete Order Detail If you click on this link it will bring you to THIS WEBSITE You then enter your email address and the password you set up when purchasing your semi-final ticket. Your Order History will appear. It can also be viewed by clicking on My Ticketmaster link on the top right. This can be used to check the postal address, the details of your order, etc 5. I USED THE PASSWORD MORE THAN ONCE. WHICH SEAT WILL BE CANCELLED AND WHICH WILL I RECEIVE Please contact Ticketmaster at the number at paragraph 1 above. This information may be available using your account details as at paragraph 4 above. 6. TO WHICH ADDRESS WILL THE TICKETS BE POSTED They will be posted to the credit card billing address. This can be viewed through the Ticketmaster Ticket Account as paragraph 4 above. 7. I NEED TO ENTER LOTTERY FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERS WITH SINGLE VENUE OR NO SEASON TICKETS BUT i DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH PASSWORD This is to be done through your Munster Rugby Ticket Account which can be accessed HERE This link also has the facility to automatically request your password if you have forgotten it. This password is for your ticket account and, unless you have made both the same, is different from your Supporters Club password 8. WHEN WILL THE STANDARD PRINTED TICKET BE ISSUED We understand that on 15 Aprril, Ticketmaster issued the follwoing email to the relevant purchasers of tickets. Dear Rugby Supporter, Thank you kindly for purchasing your Heineken Cup Semi Final tickets with us. Please read this email carefully as it contains important information regarding the event. TICKETFAST If you have selected TicketFast as your delivery method please be advised that this delivery option has been changed for this event. TicketFast tickets for this event are now invalid and will not be accepted at the turnstiles. Replacement hard copy tickets will be sent in the post to all customers who selected TicketFast as their delivery option.
