MAGNERS LEAGUE SEASON TICKETS All members are reminded that if you purchased a season ticket for Magners League matches at Thomond Park or Musgrave Park or both, that your membership card has a barcode for entry to these matches. Details of the type of season ticket purchased (terrace, stand, location, etc) are all listed on the reverse of your membership card. TICKET ACCOUNTS All members of the Supporters Club have a Munster Rugby Ticket Account. The Munster Rugby Ticket Accounts are operated by Ticketmaster and can be accessed: Here and click the tab at bottom for Munster Rugby Ticket Account Holders We have requested Ticketmaster to issue an automatic mail to all new associate members with details of your password to your Ticket Account. You will receive this email later today. Your Ticket Account number is the same as your membership number. If you have forgotten your Ticket Account Password or do forget in the future, the Ticket Account has a facility to automatically request your password be issued by entering your email address. HEINEKEN CUP TICKETS – FULL MEMBERS All full members who purchased their Heineken home pool match tickets at time of renewal will gain admission using their membership card which has a barcode for entry. It also has details of your terrace/stand location on the reverse of your membership card. TICKET LOTTERIES As outlined in the Club constitutions, additional tickets are offered to members to purchase on the basis of priority depending upon full or associate and also dependant upon type of season ticket purchased. Currently there are two lotteries in operation and the relevant members can enter using your ticket account – Right of First refusal. To enter the lottery, one will need to enter credit card details but your card will only be charged if you are successful. Full members with combined season tickets may enter the lottery for tickets for the away Heineken Cup match against Sale Associate members with single venue (Thomond or Musgrave) season tickets may enter a lottery for tickets for the home Heineken Cup match versus Montauban Associate members with combined season tickets (both Musgrave and Thomond) may use their ticket account to purchase a ticket for the Montauban match. PASSWORDS All members can amend their password to their ticket account to something more easy to remember by selecting the Change Password option. Your password to your Ticket account and your password to the Munster Rugby Supporters Club website are set up as two different passwords. You can change them to have the same password but each member needs to do this individually. Your Munster Rugby Supporters Club password can be changed by logging in to: HERE and selecting the Update My Details tab on top. If you have not yet used your password or have forgotten your password for the Supporters Club website it can be requested using box on top right of screen and an automatically generated email will be issued with your password. As with any passwords and to avoid confusion between I,O (letters) and 1,0 (numbers) it is recommended that you copy the password from the email and paste into the log-in box if there is any doubt. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS – THOMOND PARK STADIUM All full members who purchased Heineken Cup home pool matches or any member who purchased Magners League Thomond Park season tickets will have details of their seat/terrace on the back of their season ticket. However, the final block layout for use at Thomond Park Stadium will be different to that shown on your membership card. Membership cards have letters for the different sections in the stand (e.g. WC- Block C in West Stand). The stadium will now be using numbers for each of the different blocks within the ground. We understand that the seat and row number will remain unchanged as will the access stairs/route. However, the block number will change. We are awaiting a final definitive listing from the Ticket Office and will have details of the changes on our website later this week so that members are fully aware of the amendments prior to the matches at Thomond Park Stadium over the next two weekends. Your membership card will remain as your ticket for access but we ask that you familiarise yourself with the new number for the block for where you ticket is located. TICKET EXCHANGE Through the Ticket Account, when selecting the Buy Tickets from Season Ticket holders, there is a tab at the top to use the Munster Rugby TicketAccount. This will allow season ticket holders who are not able to attend a particular match to place their ticket for resale. This system is in final testing at present. We suggest that you keep an eye on your ticket account to check when it is available.
