Annual General Meeting – Nominations & Motions

In accordance with the Club’s constitution, the 5th Annual General Meeting will be held in May. The constitution provides that the closing date for receipt of nominations to committee and for motions to be discussed at the A.G.M. is 25th April. If you have a motion that you would like to be discussed at the meeting, it should be submitted to Jennifer Click Here Nominations for the position of club secretary, and committee members of the club are also to be submitted by 25 April. Only Full members of the Club are eligible for election. Each nomination will require a proposer and seconder both of whom are full members of the club.
