The lunch will take place at Dolan’s on the Dock Road in Limerick We are pleased to confirm that our two guest speakers on the day are: Munster Academy Manager, Hamish Adams and former Cork Constitution and Munster forward, Ultan O’Callaghan.Our MC for the day will be Manus Lappin of Emerald Rugby.
