Non-delivery Of Tickets – Latest Update

MESSAGE TO FULL MEMBERS Dear Member, If your ticket for Sunday’s match has not yet arrived by post please note the following; Firstly we will not be cancelling and reissuing tickets by email or in response to email. This is due to time constraints. To cancel your ticket and order a reprint please telephone one of the following numbers before 4pm today; 0818 365555 021 4323737 021 4315767 We have extra staff in place to deal with the phone calls today but would ask your assistance in speeding the process up by having your Membership ID number when you call. Once your ticket is cancelled it will not gain entrance to the ground if it is presented on Sunday. If by any chance you have cancelled your ticket and it then turns up in the post today, please tear it up. You must use the reprinted ticket and not the original ticket. Collection of your re-printed ticket will be as follows; CORK – if possible please collect in Musgrave Park today between 2pm and 5pm. If you do not collect by 5pm today it will be sent to Limerick for collection at the Munster Rugby Store (9.30am to 11am Sunday morning). LIMERICK – collection in the Munster Rugby Store, 114 O’Connell Street from 9.30am to 11am on Sunday morning. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR IDENTIFICATION. IF SOMEONE ELSE IS COLLECTING FOR YOU PLEASE ENSURE THEY HAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD OR NUMBER AND A FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. We wish to thank members for their co-operation in this matter and assure you we are looking into the matter in conjunction with An Post.
