Ticket Delivery – Munster V Clermont Auvergne

The following has been issued by email to all full members regarding delivery of their Heinekn Cup tickets by post. It is copied here inncase members do not have access to their email address. e note that there are many members who have not yet received their ticket for the Munster v ASM Clermont Auvergne match in the post yet. Based upon calls to Jennifer, we are aware that over 10% of the tickets have not yet been delivered. Following concerns earlier this week, we had hoped that tickets would be delivered later in the week but that does not appear to be the case. Jennifer has contacted An Post with the concerns of the Club regarding delivery. Jennifer will meet with her colleagues in Munster Rugby first thing tomorrow morning (Friday) and will email all full members, before 10.30 hopefully, with details for ticket re-issuing and collection. If you contacted the Supporters Club by telephone today and Jennifer or Claire confirmed to you that your ticket had been cancelled and a new ticket issued and they spoke to you as to where to collect, then please ignore this email as your replacement ticket has already been issued. If you emailed Jennifer with regard to non-delivery of tickets, a replacement ticket has not been issued. If you are in this category, please await the email from Jennifer tomorrow and comply with the directions. We appreciate members concern in this regard but would ask members for patience and understanding in that tickets were posted on the day they were made available to the Supporters Club; that for logistical and Health & Safety reasons all tickets for this match are paper tickets and not eTickets; and, that Jennifer, the Supporters Club and Munster Rugby are working towards ensuring that all members who do not receive their ticket in the post will have the opportunity to collect a reprinted ticket either on Sunday morning in Limerick or elsewhere if possible.
