Calcutta Sports For Children

Supporters Club member, Donal Duggan travels to Calcutta on the 6th of November in conjunction with the International Hope Foundation , to participate in a project where he will be helping and dealing with the street kids in Calcutta. Donal, from Holycross, has established an innovative Calcutta Sports for Children Project through the Hope Foundation which will seek to bring the values of sport to the street kids of Calcutta. The project will see Donal travel to India on November 6th in a bid to try and change the lives of the disadvantaged by instilling in them a love of sport and all that goes with it. With this programme , it is then envisaged by the HOPE FOUNDATION that educational development can the progress through further camps. Donal has been a long term member of the Muster Rugby Supporters Club and is currently a referee with the Munster Branch.
