FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FROM WHAT MATERIAL IS THE POLO MADE? The fabric is 100% cotton pique,enzyme washed. CAN YOU CONFIRM IF MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED Due to time constraints any request to Jennifer for such confirmation may not be replied to promptly. You should receive a confirmation email after your transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we suggest that you try to purchase again . The system is programmed to allow only purchase of two garments per member so if you can purchase two garments, your previous order has not been processed and if you cannot purchase, you previous order has been processed. CAN I PURCHASE FOUR POLO SHIRTS No. Each member may purchase upto 2 polo shirts. CAN I ORDER ONE POLO SHIRT TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME AND ONE TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS Yes but you will need to purchase each garment separately and amend the address for whichever order as necessary. WILL I BE ABLE TO CHANGE SIZES AFTER I RECEIVE THE GARMENT No. Sizes are as stated the document that can be downloaded below. We will only be ordering the exact quantity of garments to match the orders. There will be no spare polo shirts after filling all orders. This allows us to sell the polo shirts at the special discounted price to members. I WISH TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS FOR MY PURCHASE This should be done before you confirm purchase. This can be done on the Purchase Confirmation screen Once confirmed your purchase will be issued to the address on the confirmation. WHEN WILL THE POLO SHIRTS BE DISPATCHED We have ordered 2,000 polo shirts based of varying sizes based upon the order for last season’s polo shirts. Initial orders will be met from this supply and will be dispatched in early December. All orders over the amount that we have in stock will require a re-order from the manufacturer and so will be dispatched in February. We will update the shop item regularly as to whether a size has sold out of the original stock and so will be dispatched in February. I ORDERED THE POLO SHIRT OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND AS YET HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING As advised on your confirmation screen at time of purchase, it is hoped that polo shirts will dispatch in mid-December by registered post. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF POLO SHIRT THAT I PURCHASED Unfortunately, this is not possible through the Supporters Club webiste. CAN JUNIOR MEMBERS PURCHASE A POLO SHIRT Yes. Polo shirts are available from children/youths small, medium, large and extra large. CAN ASSOCIATE MEMBERS PURCHASE A POLO SHIRT Yes. Polo shirts are available for all full, associate and junior members.. All of these members were issued with an email to advise of availability of the polo shirts. CAN I PURCHASE TWO FOR MYSELF AND ONE FOR MY SON WHO IS A JUNIOR MEMBER UNDER MY MEMBERSHIP No. Each member will need to log-on separately to order. Remember to log out as one member before logging in under another membership Each member may purchase upto two polo shirts. WHEN CAN I PURCHASE POLO SHIRTS Upto Thursday 6th December Orders after that date will not be allowed. CAN I COLLECT MY SHIRT INSTEAD OF POST No. All garments will be posted. CAN MY SHIRT AND MY BROTHER’S SHIRT GO IN THE SAME ENVELOPE TO SAVE POSTAGE No. All orders are treated as individual. When you enter your Membership Number and email address (both as they exist on our system), your password will be automatically sent to you.
