Update – Tickets For Heineken Cup Quarter Final

The closing date for full members with combination season tickets to enter the lottery for tickets for the Llanelli Scarlets v Munster Heineken Cup quarter final in Stradey Park on 30 March closed at midnight. All full members with combined season tickets who applied for a ticket will be allocated a ticket. This will be posted out/available for collection in due course. Later emails will advise of when posting or available for collection. There are now 125 tickets to be allocated on a lottery basis to full members with single venue season tickets (near 1,400 members). This lottery is currently being set up on the Ticket Account system and will be available next week. I will issue email on Tuesday to all full members with single venue season tickets as to when this lottery is open and when it will close. Entering the lottery involves including your credit card details. This does not mean that you have been successful. Credit cards will not be charged until after the lottery has been conducted and the lucky members have been selected at random by the computer. Upon entry to the lottery, you will receive a confirmation order number. This is confirmation of your entry to the lottery ONLY. It is not in any way to be considered confirmation of purchase of ticket. For the avoidance of doubt and in response to 2 members who submitted a query following the lottery for international tickets, it is not the intention or policy to publish the names or membership numbers of members who purchase tickets. As per the update last week, it is not anticipated that there will be any available tickets for a lottery among Associate Members.
