HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD TO SOMETHING THAT I WILL REMEMBER EASILY If you log in and press the UPDATE MY DETAILS tab, you will be able to change your password CAN YOU CONFIRM IF MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED Due to time constraints any request to Jennifer for such confirmation mat not be replied to promptly. You should receive a confirmation email after your transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we suggest that you try to purchase again . The system is programmed to allow only one purchase per member so if you can purchase, you previous order has not been processed and if you cannot purchase, you previous order has been processed.
