FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHEN WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION This was advised on Jennifer’e email and is also on our homepage. Post option – please be aware that if you choose for your ticket to be posted to you, it will be posted no later than Thursday 10th May. Post is totally at your own risk and Munster Rugby will not be responsible for any tickets lost or delayed in the post. NB – The option you select at time of purchase will be the method in which we will dispatch your ticket. You will NOT be able to change your mind! I AM A JUNIOR MEMBER AND THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE A TICKET For the quarter-final, we were very happy to receive an allocation of schoolboy tickets which were allocated to Junior members over 13 years of age. For the semi-final and final , we have not received an allocation of schoolboy tickets and so are not in a position to offer tickets to junior members. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER Unfortunately, this is not possible. LOG-IN INCORRECT Members are reminded that your pre-set password is in the format of letter number letter number, etc. There have been a number of mix-ups between 1, I, l, 0 and O. To avoid any possible confusion, we recommend that you copy and paste your password from the email into the log-in box. I DO NOT KNOW MY PASSWORD Press the link called Get Your Password in the log-in box to the right. When you enter your Membership Number and email address (both as they exist on our system), your password will be automatically sent to you. CAN YOU CONFIRM IF MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED Due to time constraints any request to Jennifer for such confirmation mat not be replied to promptly. You should receive a confirmation email after your transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we suggest that you try to purchase a ticket online. The shop is programmed to allow only one purchase per member so if you can purchase, you previous order has not been processed and if you cannot purchase, you previous order has been processed. I WISH TO CHANGE THE POSTING/COLLECTION OPTION Due to short time frame and number of orders that are to be processed, it will not be possible to manually adapt the Sales Order details. Your post/collection option will be as shown on your confirmation email. I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE DATABASE Please contact Jennifer by email. To allow for verification of your request, please provide as much detail as possible
